Barriles y Botellas en Bodega San Roque de la Encina

ROSÉ WINE

Alcohol: 12,5% Alc. In Vol
Grape Variety: 60 % Tinto Fino (Tempranillo), 30% Garnacha fina, 10% Blanca Albillo
Production: Manual selected Vintage. Cold maceration from 12 to 24 hours. Fermentation controlled to 16ºC
Temperature of Service: 8 – 10ºC

RED WINE

Alcohol: 13% Vol
Grape Varietyl: 100% Tinto Fino (Tempranillo)
Process: Hand selected harvest, a maceration of 14 days and a temperature controlled fermentation of 28º
Best Served: 14 – 16ºC
Perfect with meats, fish, dishes, pastas, cheeses and rice dishes

BARREL AGED WINE 4 MONTHS

Alcohol: 13,5% Alc Vol
Grape Varietyl: 100% Tinto Fino (Tempranillo)
Process: Hand selected harvest with a fermentation controlled at 25ºC
Ageing Process: 4 months in American and French Oak
Best Served: 16ºC
Ideally paired with meats, fish, pastas, cheese and rice dishes

BARREL AGED WINE 12 MONTHS

Alcohol: 13% Alc. En Vol.
Variety of Grape: 100% Tinto Fino (Tempranillo).
Process: Harvested by hand, followed by a 21 day maceration with the fermentation controlled at 28ºC
Ageing porcess: 12 months Amenrican and French Oak Casks then minimum 6 months bottled
Temperatura de Servicio: 18ºC.
Best served with meats, fish sishes, pastas and cheeses and rice dishes

BARREL AGED WINE 24 MONTHS

Alcohol  content: 14%  Vol
Variety of grape: 100% Tinto Fino (Tempranillo)
Process: Fermentation controlled between 25 and 30ºC
Ageing process: 24 months with monthly refills. 50% American oak, 50% French oak selection. Decantings every 6 months. Aged in bottle rack for over 18 months
Serving temperature: 18ºC
Indicated to accompany meats,  fish, pastas, cheeses, etc
